Killeavy Castle Retreat

Twelve members of our CEOs Connect group recently enjoyed a retreat at the stunning Killeavy Castle Estate.

Over two days, they had the chance to reconnect and strengthen their bonds whilst tackling real business challenges.

The retreat started with a refreshing hill walk at Slieve Gullion, followed by dinner featuring guest speaker Brian Caulfield from Scale Ireland. Brian shared fascinating insights about the investment landscape and Scale Ireland's impact on the ecosystem.

The CEOs also enjoyed two engaging sessions:

• Peter Edgar of Neish Consulting hosted a session on emotional resilience.

• Andrew McCrea from the Catalyst Open Innovation team facilitated a workshop exploring how to leverage AI and create success roadmaps.
